We just watched a movie called UNHUNG HERO about a comedian, who gets obsessed with the fact that his ex-fiancee told him he had a small dick when she broke up with him. The guy decided to make a documentary about penis size, and tries several of the schemes said to make it bigger. He goes to Papua New Guinea where a local doctor offers to inject him with a solution, but chickens out. Then he goes to South Korea where some surgeon has perfected the art of surgical enhancement, but while observing the surgery before his, chickens out of that too.

Dan Savage finally clears him up in about 30 seconds, telling him that studies show long-time lovers of guys with small dicks actually have higher than average satisfaction rates, pointing out that those guys on the small end probably had to get creative and find other things since they couldnt depend on their magic dick to do it all for them. And he then shares that he once had a lover who was small. Despite having a good sex life, the guy could not stop obsessing over his small dick, couldn't shut up about it, and Dan broke up with him, not for being small but for being unable to stop obsessing over it. Guilt and insecurity are just not attractive traits in anyone.
