Yeah, I swear I'm thinning a little now because of it. I put the mix in, rinsed it out. Then put the special conditioner in. Then washed that out. Then rubbed in this stuff my mum had for stopping dyed blonde looking brassy. Then washed it out with Head and Shoulders.
