A lot of times, you have to watch what you say on Facebook and Twitter because it can incriminate you, God forbid something unfortunate happens that involves you. I'm sure they want to investigate this, so it sounds like it's up in the air right now.

Its a LOT of money made as a driver. Most don't like to divide it with another.

Yes, I was talking about his Twitter account. I'm not sure if you saw the news story online that apparently they found a tweet that said that he was (to paraphrase) king of the road and if you don't get out of the way you'll get hit. Walmart is denying that this Twitter account is this driver's account. Amazing how social media works. It's almost as if we don't need investigators anymore because if you want to know something about someone you just go online. I don't think they should use that tweet against him though.

Good news. Tracy Morgan has been upgraded to fair condition along with his assistant Jeff Millea.

Tracy Morgan's condition upgraded from critical to fair

Tracy Morgan's condition has been upgraded in the wake of the June 7 multi-vehicle crash in New Jersey that left him and two associates critically injured and killed comic James "Jimmy Mack" McNair.

"Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement," spokesman Lewis Kay said in a statement. "His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

Morgan's assistant Jeff Millea has also been upgraded to fair condition, Millea's family said through Kay.
