I came across this performance the other day and was shocked. I immediately looked up to see if Paul had any health issues lately. He looked very frail walking out onto the stage with a cane and his performance was terrible, as if he wasn't even trying to perform. I assumed he must have been on some sort of medication because he seemed totally spaced out and he has always said he doesn't drink and has never taken drugs.
