i almost moved to san diego back in 2008 becauase i love it there but now i'm glad i didn't. praying for those poor souls and their homes and the wildlife, hope it rains soon

i'm about forty miles north of escondido (san diego county)

before i went to bed, all the windows had to be closed because

of the smell of the smoke from down there, and there is a visible

haze in the air fromw the smoke neutral

9 of those bad boys going at the same time, you know damn well most if not all were intentional. Asswipes. But again the emergency crews were on it. The Red Cross was on it. And the winds and heat have died down so that help.
