Man, people should be careful what they ask for 'cuz that isht was not cute or funny.

Kind of like that Harriet Tubman thing that Russell Simmons did a couple of months ago.

I bet a spoof about the Trail of Tears or the concentration camps would never be tolerated.

To quote Joan Rivers about Heidi Klum's outfit/look at a party:"The last time a German looked this hot was when they were pushing Jews into the ovens."

I'm sure that went over well. Rivers hasn't been funny in over two decades. Neither is this heffa.

I did and it didn't similar to the Slave SNL sketch. But, both of these comedic premises (slave/jew) are being ironic.

Both of these kinds of jokes are generally the jokes comedians share amongst themselves not with the public. I know funny people and real life comedians and this kind of commentary is rather common. (Not just specifically slave or holocaust, but peodo's, etc.-nothing is off limits.)

Basically, you either get the irony and laugh or you don't and you are offended.

i can laugh at just about anything.

when i can't laugh about it. some shit

just ain't funny. (the fault of the comedian)

life is a joke, you just have to know how to tell it lol

Laughing at horrible and tragic events gives a person

(seemingly) a little power over a horrible uncontrollable circumstance.

You can either cry, get angry, or laugh about it.

I had one bad day, everything went wrong, and I laughed the whole day.

Oh, I get the "irony"....I'm just not impressed.

I'm pretty open minded but not part of the "anything goes" generation, shrug
