I was on the dance team when I was in college. That was enough line dancing to last me a lifetime.

Roland outdanced her cuz he's steppin'. She's just doing whatever. (Sweetie tried to teach me to step at Bunker's one night. I need a whole lot more practice. )

At least she's got a lil' flow about hers, the of them are all stiff and tight. You've got to be able to let loose and fun with it, like ol' dude.

I have three slides in my repetoire...electric slide, cha cha slide and wobble. I'm still working on a few others.

Me too. Can't get the wobble down, but I can do the Cupid Shuffle.

go ahead and laugh at me falling over my own feet, but i love dance aerobics. it's the best way i know of to lose weight and stay fit, while also having fun. i even plan to learn some of the steps in these clips

It's one form of exercise that I actually like and I'm pretty good dancer.

I have always loved to dance but these days it's harder with my aches and pains...I'm gonna take some excedrin try a few anyway.
