Who is going to join me????

In my daily weigh in and weight loss program


I have been on strong medication and as a result gained sooooo much weight so starting now

I will weigh myself daily for a month and post my weight plus report everything I'm eating and the amount of physical stuff I do (expect little because of lack if time..... )

Starting now ..... I am omg!!!! 68 kilos sad !!!!

I'm not eating anymore tonight!!!


I need to get back down to 58 kilos - that is my target. nod .

I am going to do my best....


I will love if someone joins in and looses weight with me smile

Hi! yay I'm on a diet too, so I'll join you^^

I generally gain weight during winter time and when it's spring.summer I tend to lose a lot of extra weight. I'm comfortable with my weight fluctuating because I know for a fact that for the rest of my life my weight won't stay just one number, however I don't think it's very healthy, so my goal this time is to lose some pounds and minimize the fluctuation!

I still have holiday pounds and it's February lol almost March in fact! No more excuses! lol

I'm 143.5 lbs now! Want to lose 8~9 lbs (roughly about 4-5 kilograms) And want to gain some muscles this time too.

My friend posted this for me as a motivation lol.

But u r tall so 67kilos would look great on u nod !!!

I'm only 5.5" on me it looks real bad - plus I've never been this plump and I don't like it at all!!! sad

Day 1
My new weight is 67.2

Today I went for a short 30 walk - that's all I could manage because I still get dizzy spells

For breakfast I had diced fresh fruit with 2 big spoons of vanilla yogurt and a tea spoon of honey on top
For lunch I had a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich on whole grain bread
For dinner I had a small serve of ravioli and 2 slices of herb bread

In between snacks included chocolate, sour lollies, peach, apricot and some green grapes

Tomorrow I hope to do better

As soon as I got up I weighed myself

66.7 kilos woot! !

Then I realised I hadn't peed yet excited !!!

So i rush off to the potty...

haha don't weigh yourself every day ladies and weighing yourself multiple times a day is even worse 0_0 I mean why would you put youself under such stress? You'll get sick of this dieting thing in a week if you keep doing that. I'm weighing myself twice a week, Sunday morning and Thursday morning. =D

I always find if you put one foot on the scale and the other on the floor, that you will be happily surprised by the numbers you read.

I don't own a scale, but back in early January I was at 190lbs (86.2kg) which is the heaviest I've been in a loooooong time.

I hope that I've lost weight since then. I should buy a scale. neutral

142.5lbs This morning! Lost one whole pound biggrin
I know thats not a lot but more importantly I'm feeling healthier already now that I got my workout routine back ^^

I am now at 55.3 kilos

And my height hadn't changed! giggle !!!!

I've been eating less food living on fruit n salads and reducing the junk food snacks- but I'm not well enough to go for a jog or walk for a long time

Even still I'm happy with my progress and soon hope to fit into my size 10 skinny jeans - don't like wearing trackies all the time sad

I've found once u start losing weight u pick up momentum and start doing more
Your energy level increases and u r more motivated!!!

I weigh myself all the time now - I never used to but this weight gain freaked me out - I didn't like how it happened so fast!!!! I've always looked after my body and I like my shape - so I don't want to let myself go

Weighing myself morning and night gives me the information I need and I like to know how I'm going....
