Week 14, any changes already? Hi guys,
First of all, I want to thank you for responding and doing it with me. Because it does matter that I committed myself to keep a schedule over here.
So, I expected my weight to diminish. It did, I was 65,7, but this morning, I was 66.3. So, it does go up and down. I do see a pattern, it's about 0.5 kilo a week. A friend told me in advance that 0.5 was healthy and that losing more is not good. So, according to that standard, I'm doing fine.
I found a great Dutch website about food, btw. I can report daily my food, and the site automatically calculates the calories, and the specific minerals, fats etceteras. It gives advice when you'r intake on a certain substance is too low.

im 62.8 kilos
ive been eating lots of fruit n salads
not much meat and still doing the early morning walks
now my body suddenly looks amazing!!!!
