Week 12, How are you guys doing?

Well, this week there was indeed a 1.5 kilo change. Unfortunately, on the wrong side of the scale!!

It's 66.7 this week.

67.3 week 10

65.8 week 11

66.7 week 12

I did eat snacks last weekend. Maybe I thought I was inconvicalbe and that my body could handle all that fat????! But the rest of the week, I ate all healthy and I thought I was doing good. I did not sport.


So, nobody else to blame but myself.

I will motivate myself to go out runnig and do some excercises. And of course, no fatty nights for me.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

Week 3 without sugar for me.... Down 6lbs.

i'm goin outside to smoke...

my exams went well, still have one to go

but i have a week off from school.

i've basically been phonin it in this semester neutral

Fat doesn't make you fat djj, but you can retain water from things you are sensitive to - for example in your case an accidental exposure to gluten? Or other cross reactive foods (in my case wheat, sugar, legumes and alcohol cause me to swell up. I'll be 66 kg one day and 69 kg the next. And it takes a week to go back down :mad:

I've lost 1 kg since last week but could mostly be fluid.

I gained 5lbs over Winter,not bad considering no exercise and bad eating.Im not worried,because the weight is coming off.I told my co-workers this and they said i know,cause you're gonna ride the bike everyday.The lbs will come off fast.

I ain't got no worries.

Some people pack pounds, by not exercising. At least you do exercise.

I think it was no exercise what really was my problem.


Today I went out for a stroll/running and it made me realize how little I move my body.


Going outside and see some nature lifted my mood too.

I'm playing soccer or ping pong with he kids in the front yard most nights now.
When it's fun like that it doesn't seem like exercise!
