The 90's were so humorless...political correctness hit its apex, people were hugging trees and sucking granola bars, and funny old bugs bunny cartoons were censored if they contained too much violence or depicted somebody smoking a cigarette, etc.. We became a nation of pussies.

I must admit that Scrappy Doo murdered the Scooby Doo cartoons. I can't even watch those. They're really bad.

In the old Bugs Bunny, anyone remember the ones with the Indian chief, and him running around saying "ugh" with a tomahawk. They don't show those anymore of course.

Even the great Ren & Stimpy decended into

Come on now... I cannot be the only one who loved it when Tom and Jerry tried to kill each other with meat cleavers, irons, bowling balls and various other objects.

Do you remember how much you loved watching those dysfunctional fuckers try to murder each other every episode? That was real entertainment!!! They used some very creative approaches in their attempts to injure one another...

Flash forward... some fucking idiots decided that Tom and Jerry should be friends and work together to overcome obstacles and provide a good example for children. Tom and Jerry immediately sucked...

These same dickheads were probably responsible for that abomination called "Scrappy Doo" that all of us referred to as "Crappy Doo."

There is another Bugs Bunny that I only saw once (really old one) and Bugs kept harrassing this black, slave character. They made the character really dumb, and his English was all "Yes massa" and, well, you get the point. I can't remember it all anymore. I've never seen it since.
