A new goal of mine... Is trying to brighten peoples days as best i can. Instead of getting angry over one group, why not try to brighten up another? Think of all the horrendous and harrowing things happening today. Whether it be the struggle in Ukraine, crime in your town, political wars of words etc.

Assholes you encounter at work, on the outside of work, or even your own group of friends. It's a small part of the way you think in a day. Don't let those events rule your thoughts. Instead, be that good person you want to be. Talk to a stranger, help out a friend, hold doors for people. Whatever little thing can brighten someones day... it can do the same for you too.

And your philospohy of lifting people up is right on! Doing that will make you happier than you can imagine.

As soon as I get over this bulging disk in my back, I'm going to hit a certain benchpress milestone and will post the video. Hopefully I'll get there some time in late April or early May.
