Am I the only one who was AMAZINGLY disappointed when they changed the shape of Trix® brand cereal to fruit shapes? Back in the olden days, Trix® brand cereal were simply multi-colored spheres of sugary goodness. Kids didn't realize that they manufacturers were having a subtle, subversive laugh at them each time they ate their product...
Fast-forward to now... someone let the fucking cat out of the bag and kids found out that they were actually eating rainbow colored rabbit shit... there was a silent rebellion... now Trix® brand cereal is molded into various fruit shapes. How boring. I say that we all write to General Mills and tell them that we want our multi-colored rabbit shit back IMMEDIATELY!!! Who is with me?!??!? Bringin' back the rabbit shit edit! ... Trix fruit-shaped cereal puffs have the 7 fruity flavors of raspberry red, orangey orange, lemony yellow, grapity purple, lime green, wildberry blue, and watermelon. Trix round pieces changed to fruit shaped pieces in 1992, and brighter colors were introduced in 1995.
