i haven't had a cigarette in a week now.

it's about not eatin just because i'm not smokin.

i've gone and gotten meself into a bit of debt and cannot afford

to pay that and have the luxury of smokin too

when i quit last time i only have the

cravin in a physical sense, like a taste.

now i'm fienin for a smoke or some food.

I had doctors and all kinds of people trying to get me to take that crap. I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole--worse than cigarettes in my opinion! The patch worked for me...

Good for you, chantix has some dangerous effects from what I read.

I was forced to quit when I broke my leg last October & was laid up on the couch. No way could I get out to buy cigs every day, or even go outside my house to light one up.

I went onto the e-cigs the first day, and I am now smoke free.

They're kind of brilliant, they allow you to do the same action, get the same satisfying hit of flavor & a nicotine buzz, and it's just water vapor with a little nicotine in it. I had a lot of trouble quitting in the past but honestly, now I like the e-cigs even better. They're not smelly and obnoxious, for one thing, which I always felt a little self conscious about as a smoker. And my lungs feel better, I'm not coughing up nasty stuff all the time. And I can use them inside, it's not hard to sneak a puff pretty much anywhere.

I recommend them. The NJOY brand in 7-11 is the most similar to a real cigarette flavor, but I like the rechargeable ones from Geen Smart Living, which are just a little bit sweet.

Yeah I know, I'm still addicted to nicotine, but it feels like a step in the right direction and I do feel like I could get tired of them eventually.

i have lung issues that exclude me from putin water in my lungs

but i have been thinkin about such a thing as a plan 'B'

The patch worked for me but a year after my last patch I started up again. Now we're not allowed to smoke in our apartments so I have to sneak them in the bathroom. It's a real pain.
