Happy Birthday, Bill Russell!

The greatest winner in the history of American team sports turned 80 earlier this week. A TRUE legend and pioneer, on and off the court. I may be a Celtic hater, but I respect Russell for his basketball skills/mind and his social activism. He never tolerated second-class treatment.

Kareem, Jordan, Wilt, Magic, Bird, Kobe - none of them had the career Bill Russell had.
