I just saw another commercial from a person who used to smoke who had their vocal chord removed. They were speaking through one of those devices that are surgically implanted in their neck. Don't know about you all, but those computer-sounding voices creep me the fuck out!!!!!! I know they do that so that young people don't think that smoking is the "cool thing to do". But every time one of those commercials comes on, I have to hit the mute button on my TV so I don't have to listen to that eerie voice. Does anybody else get creeped out by these voices, or is it just me?

Those devices do sound odd.

However, this anti-smoking commercial really gets me. Every time I see it, it totally and completely grosses me out. When they push on that sticky aorta and all that gunk comes out, it makes me wanna gag.
