Is This Commercial Offensive?

So, i worked on this commercial few weeks ago. Apparently some stations won't air it! because it ''disses the white house and gives it a bad name'' huh??????????

This commercial is just plain silly. Is this offensive? i mean... really?

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

Maybe because there is no relation between the white house and pizza hut?

I don't find it offensive.

No, because it doesn't mean that they delivered it directly for the president. It could have been for the staff.

Stingy hypocritical bastards. The guv'mint certainly doesn't have a problem sticking it to the taxpayers. They EXCEL at collecting & spending our hard earned dollars (on sh*t I might add) but don't have the courtesy to tip Pizza Hut?

Yes it's offensive. Pan crust should be $10 too, not just hand tossed.

I've heard many Local & National radio jingles Mocking Obama to sell ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. All Presidents get targeted unfairly and it's part of the Entertainment game. They gotta deal with it and brush it off...When I saw that Pizza Hut commercial dissing the White House i thought it was over-board because Pizza Hut usually hires Celebs like Donald Trump. Years ago Donald's pizza hut commercial featured him in a Good light...I'm not saying Pizza hut is more Conservative than Liberal but I'm just saying...Papa John will tell you upfront that he is a Republican & proud of it...I LOVE Pizza Hut and I will continue buying their awesome pizza for the rest of my life but I rolled my eyes when I saw them spoofing the White House.

the only controversial aspect is the fact that this ad implies that the White House stuff only orders pizzas from PizzaHut, ignoring the other brands (monopoly) shrug

There is a negative connotation in the idea that the White House didn't tip. And some citizens could be offended by that innuendo.
I know that's hyper sensitive, but when marketing you have to think of such things.
