Can you tell if this pic is photoshopped?

Doesn't seem that the baby in the bucket is really not wearing clothes while everyone else is...

Yeah, it's crazy. I'm surprised the motorbike can take the weight! My friend showed me the pic a little while ago. One of those things that makes you laugh but is also kind of sad.
