Ex-Marlboro man dies from smoking-related disease http://news.yahoo.com/ex-...50253.html LOS ANGELES (AP) — Eric Lawson, who portrayed the rugged Marlboro man in cigarette ads during the late 1970s, has died. He was 72. Lawson died Jan. 10 at his home in San Luis Obispo of respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD, his wife, Susan Lawson said Sunday.

seems to me that 'the marlboro man' had supposedly been on his deathbed years ago. right around the time they quit advertisin on the television... i could be wrong, but i'm sure they trotted his ass out to be seen. shit, at seventy two, he pretty much ran his course. i am KING BAD!!!
