Blazer S-10 '88 white rad ride with 180,000+ original miles baby!
Little custom body work - smoothed wing - smoothed weld grooves - removed all logos and emblems - smooooth like milk. Slightly lowered from stock height, not too low, that's cheezy. Recently painted white again and a result, looks like a new car. Tinted windows for privacy. I love it. It's taken me many places and through lots of hardships, but still runs absolutely great! I do ride it alot through the LA street potholes but it keeps on going. I just take care of it and it takes care of me. No pics to share but looks very similar to this one... Wow, some of y'all drive some really nice cars. I'm kind of poor right now, so I probably will get a car that is one or two years old, since it won't cost me as much and because I take the bus to work anyway and won't be driving the new car all that much except for around town. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Do you lease your car or buy it and just make payments on it until it's paid off? I know of a few people in my family who lease their car for a few years, then when the time is up, they turn it in for a different car. I personally could not afford that myself, so I generally buy the car and make payments on it until it is paid off, and keep driving it until it's too old and/or expensive to fix. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I've never leased a car. I took out a loan to purchase the Miata, and once I've made all the payments, I'll own it free and clear. As for the BMW, I paid cash for it. Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |

I bought mine in Oct 2001 after the 9/11 BS was happening and dealerships were freaking out. No interest or money down, and I had NO credit at all (I was 19). I am also paying it off on a 3-year term, higher payments, but worth it to get it out of the way. I also got an extended warranty. The car was only about 12 grand! It was the cheapest thing on the lot. I love fancy cars, but it's unnecessary to me, I'm still just a kid. My roommate just bought a Jetta... I know they're not a big deal to some, but it's much more expensive than my Focus... he's ing right about now. I actually only have a few months to go till mine's paid... I'm bored of it already though. Oh shit, my hat done fell off
