I'm 29 and I know who Steve is. But I agree, Twitter is too overly sensitive.

Not just Twitter & Facebook users...I was talking about people period...Celebs need to be careful what they post on those sites...What Steve did with the deleting then going into a long twitter-spill was over-kill...By the time folks finished reading his apology they were like "Are we suppose to be mad about whatever he's rambling on about?"

Well, he didn't go for the jugular, and say the 'N' word, at least. I know what he's trying to convey in the joke because it's not that African-Americans as a whole has spelling issues. The issue is the over the top spelling so that it supposedly looks and sounds unique. Even I laughed at this sometimes, seriously.
