I've seen people from an uncle to friends hooked. It's a life of horror.

I'm sorry Uve had such terrible experiences so close to home. Just trying g a drug won't turn you into an addict though. The vast majority of drug users don't turn into addicted piles of foul. Its just that the piles of foul is all one hears about. I've tried many a drug and only one did I ever get hooked on...and it was a legal one...lol. Coke...no problems...x, no problems. Meth....I don't count meth cuz I only took a par of a part of a part of a puff, and didn't try any more past that. I used a lot of pot and was never addicted. Crack I tried once....no me gusta...wasn't for me...bleh My only real problem child are opiates. That was only for a loooooooong bit tho. I've learned my limits with that tho and don't cross them and always makesure i dont have too much on hand. The vast majority of people who drink aren't alcoholics. Similar hold true for other substances. Oooohhhhh....wait... :smh: then there's nicotine. Nicotine's got me by the balls. Him nicotine's bitch. I don't like it. Ibtry to quit from time to time but haven't succeeded as of yet.

I know, but when you've seen what I've seen it just doesn't make me happy

And I'm also talking about perscription drug users. My father last week finally had to tell his brother he was cutting him off, to delete his number and not contact him anymore. My dad has a big heart and was the last one to hold on, even my uncles kids don't mess with him.

I have a friend now, who I'm watching spiral downward (2 beautiful sharp kids) and he's heading for a rude awakening. It was just 'sampling' for a while, he's tricked himself to think he can handle it. And its making me really sad.

Like I said I'm not judging anyone who has ( I have had brownies ) but I've just seen the worst sides of it all too much. People loosing business and careers. Families and friendships messed up.
