I know! You know Darrin was a bigoted a-hole for not letting her wife be herself.

Like you BobGeorge909, my unemployed ass can get through some TV too lol I should be and do looking for jobs, but there are just are not any and whose going to hire a guy who hasn't had a proper full time job in 3 years.

Anyway I can watch whole discs of family guy in a row, whole seasons of it.

But my worst crime was watching episodes of "Hardcore Pawn" on Youtube for about a week until they got taken down. That's why I watched them as they will get taken down eventually, this guy had uploaded all 7 series and it didn't even have any ads, which must have pissed off google no end. I try not to watch heaps of tv anymore though as Hard core pawn left me in a bad mood. What was amazing was how much I could watch, once you cut out the 90 second blurb about whats on each episode and the rehashings and hypings of each bit, each episode only has 15 minutes of action in it.

I also watched a whole lot of Pawn stars and Pickers once.

A year ago, one person had 95% of all the Cosby show episodes up and I watched those in a week, but like every thing else on Youtube they whine about copyright and its taken down, why they would over a show that's a quarter of a century old is beyond me. Plus being in New Zealand means Hulu and Netflix are unavailable to us (American communications colonialism is a real problem), basically non Americans are treated like 3rd class citizens by Yankee networks, they should be flattered that we want to watch their shows!!!

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

J.C. Penny's!!

Almost FIVE years I was unemployed. I had worked 1 job under the table...and with that one...my 'sup' was my ex. It was a small(near nonexistent) business...'run' by my ex. My 'exit interview' of sorts contained a 'toothless cunt' statement. That job was best left unmentioned.

Penny gave me an entry level spot and smart money says ure beyond entry level....so....take my spot at Penny's for for what its worth...less than a half chewed peanut smothered in a steamy turd.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we don't have that store in New Zealand, I have never heard of it. New Zealand is in the southern Pacific ocean some 15 hours flying time from Los Angeles biggrin

But the chain stores here used to take on anyone, I remember as a supervisor at one chain and I had to train some crazy mofos. Until 2008 with the recession, now they only hire teenagers who they can fire on their 20th biorthday when they get an adult wage. Or Indians, Chinese and Polynesians who can be paid under minimum wage, under the table and force to work long hours.

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

I wasn't really making a suggestion, but more just demonstrating that despite a dry spell on a work history, there still is a groobey. Potential that u can secure a paycheck. I been there, and its rough.

I felt utterly useless when I applied at a fast food joint and cojnldny secure a spot rolling burritos at taco smell...or even slang 'the three I2snes' at a gastation. Caffeine, nicotine, gasoline.

I just watched what I could of the last 10 or so eps of The Mentalist! (why can't the networks auto adjust DVRs? I missed several eps) So wow! that was a good last show (not last of the season or series but it does appear to rap up a major plot of the show).

WOW! if you ever watched it go to the CBS web site watch the last 4 eps!

if you have netflix check out these 2 single season shows:

"the finder" and "life"

*just keep in mind that for some reason the Finder is not shown in order? so some plot points (Mostly concerning Willa who is on probation) do not make sense in some epidods)

The show Life has a decent ending...

both are quirky crime dramas.

Sleeper Cell. It's only 2 seasons, but I just heard about it, so it'll take a little while, I can't do a season in a day, maybe a couple of weeks. I like it so far, a little frightening cause it's reallife stuff. I've seen some of Michael's work but not that much. He's getting very interesting these days.

I can't do it. I did it once when I rewatched a season of Mad Men and it didn't have the same impact as when I first watched the episodes spaced apart. I like some time in between to appreciate each episode on its own. So when I do watch old seasons of TV shows now, I limit it to one episode per day at the most.

I feel ya....sometimes letting the plot simmer and stew for a week thickens the flavor.....really...it always does. When i go...i go big tho. My life is ruled by the lays motto. X...coke...joints...cookie...nuts....nutts... I guzzle coke...don't sip. Fuck beer...hard liquor for me. I smoke phat bowls...not just bowls. I cant have one ding dong...i need two. Its a fault of mine I work on. I need to learn to limit myself...especially my destructive type behaviors. I guess it even translates to TV habits.... sad

I prefer to go big. I'm not fat or big, but I don't do 'diet' anything. I eat. I've binged on series and prefer it to waiting a week. Plays more like a movie moving through episodes and no commercials means more episodes can be watched.

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

I dig it cuz of the movies thing too. It gives it an extended movies vibe. Allows u to get sucked in deep instead of just wading around .

Thanksgiving day weekend...I went through all 6 episodes of star wars...binging on movies even...lol. That was like 12+ hours of Schwartz banging, lol.

I watched all 7 seasons of "Doctor Who" (the new era) in the 3 months leading up to the 50th anniversary special that aired last month.
