What I'm looking for is essentially a TV channel like MTV, but online. NOT youtube, where I have to search myself, I want it to be *broadcast*, and curated by a human preferably.

Oh, and I must also be able to get it in India, so no restricting the country. There used to be Launch.com a long time back, but it's not there any more....
