Get this book if you get a chance: "365 Tao" by Deng Ming-Dao.

Read the passages and think... meditate if necessary. It is a great book and it will be very helpful.

the problem with the complete recordings was the sequencing... i think one disc should have been the regular versions and the other disc should have been the alternates... but sequencing it chronologically made it seem to repititive... that was my biggest beef with it...
