Everyone wants to be superficial and go for the model bitches. I mean it's a known fact mofos in LA are obsessed with superficial, material, sexiness and shit. But no one wants to put in the work... bitches want to date a football player, another kind of athlete, or s a super model. But wanna sit on their pancake eating, Cheetos slurping, twinkie-jiratin ass. If i like someone they don't have to workout like me(Cause i workout like crazy and workout crazy hours so i don't expect that from someone i care about)

And, pretty sure people i dated didn't date me... cause i workout or cause i play sports at least i hope not. It's a fact that if you want someone who looks like they spend most of their free time in the gym... you usually have to do the same. You can't be a cheese fries, ramen eating, Korean bbq eating motherfucker every night. And then diss on someone who isn't ''fit'' or doesn't have an 8 pack that goes down to the roided groin. So stop trying to go for the big jungle and just enjoy the fruit. People who are average, a little bigger, or somewhere in the middle can be sexy as hell. So you need to stop jacking your salami to body-builders thinking you're gonna get one when the only working out you do is running your cheese infested gums. Or by walking on the treadmill 20 minutes.

Wake up and smell the superficial coffee! stop setting your bar so high and dissing other people for not looking perfect. When you're a basic motherfuckee yes a MOTHERFUCKEE you are below a motherfucker. Stop being a shallow motherfuckee and you will have a beautiful life and a beautiful wife... or dude whatever your motherfuckee Mac N Cheese eatin ass likes.

This is true. Underneath the crazy ranting style i am pretty serious on the crazy LA standards:P

Basically i think people want way too much out of someone physically. I myself as many know am very much into body-building and working out. But i myself don't go after other body-builders! i like people who are average size or a little chubby.. a little toned etc. I Don't try to go for someone who has a ''perfect body'' or some shit.

But here i see a lot of people want someone who is incredibly fit... and yet they are not. And if they want someone who looks like Tyson Beckford they have to be pretty got damn good looking and fit to coreect? cause you know Tyson wouldn't go after no average looking chick

And i see these types of people insult other as being ''ugly'' or ''not good looking enough'' for them when they a fast-food eating unhealthy motherfucker. They shouldn't be making other feel like shit for how they look when they themselves got the inside body of a Burger King bathroom and Humpty hump wouldn't even get lucky in it.

Dating sounds so bloody overwhelming. You have to change the way you look, act, etc. My thing is you can be any way you want but you have to learn to love your fellow human. If not. Then we as a species cannot evolve

The eggwhite/oatmeal pancakes are just as tasty as regular pancakes - even more so, if you use flavored oatmeal.

And an admission - I only used eggwhites because we were out of eggs.

I thought of gunsnhalen this morning (not while eating my pancakes, LOL).

At the gym, I had been benchpressing. I had my weights racked on the machine, my towel laid out on the bench, and my drink resting at the head of the bench. You'd have to be blind not to see the machine was in use. Between the second and third sets, I walked 10 feet to say hi to a friend.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw this older dude taking one of the plates off my machine! He put it on the lat machine next to my bench press machine.

I walked over, took off the plate, and said, "I wasn't done yet". He said, "Well, you weren't here". I told him I was resting between sets.

This was a fat, out of shape dude in his late 50's or early 60's. I'm sure he just didn't understand that I wasn't done, and probably wanted to avoid actually lifting another plate off the floor so he took one of mine because it was easy to reach.

But dude - you do NOT take plates off a machine someone else is using!

OK, I didn't actually think of gunsnhalen when that happened, but I thought it was a funny story that he would enjoy.
