Don't. Deal with the hardships that come across your journey through life in a POSITIVE way. Like I told my ex when she gave me the whole "people change" speech...YES, we all change and grow and become different people, but the point is to become a BETTER person, not the other way around. As you get older, you can learn from your experiences and become a BETTER individual.

It's a scare world out there, but you should embrace it, not fear it.
