Info from cell phone towers anyone?

Random question of the day:

I would really like info about extra signals that were sent in LA. The info about signals and/or ip adresses from cell phone towers are not something I shop for on a daily bases.

So, does anybody of you know how to get hold on that kind of information?

I know it's a long shot. Please orgnote me if you can help me out on this one.
