Shia LaBeouf naked in new 'Charlie Countryman' picture

Shia LaBeouf has shared a photo of himself naked in new movie Charlie Countryman on Twitter.


The Transformers actor is seen sitting hunched over on crates, with a scraggly haircut, in a promo shot from the coming-of-age gangster movie.





Charlie Countryman stars LaBeouf as an American living in Romania who falls in love with a woman (Evan Rachel Wood) with ties to a violent gangster, played by Hannibal and Casino Royale villain Mads Mikkelsen.


The film also stars Rupert Grint and Oscar-winner Melissa Leo, while John Hurt narrates.


LaBeouf previously claimed to have taken LSD in preparation for Charlie Countryman.



It was reported back in 2011 that Zac Efron had been brought in to replace LaBeouf in the lead role, but he ultimately dropped out.


LaBeouf will also strip off for Lars von Trier's new film Nymphomanic, which features "groundbreaking" unsimulated sex scenes.


The 27-year-old previously went full frontal in the video for Sigur Rós song 'Fjögur Píanó' ('Four Pianos').


Charlie Countryman is released in the UK on November 8 and the US on November 15.
