Uptowny i do that sometimes! good workout.

You guys so far (Ok only 2 days in but still) i am actually liking this. My trainer told me it is a good idea at my stage to lift first any-who...

Today i did squating with a low weight and did tons of reps (120 on 4 sets) And that was my ''cardio'' today lol

I also started taking creatine as well! i am a little late on that. I was iffy at first as previous posts can see.. but i think this way or working out has me even more hyped.

Why?

Well...I have actually taken creatine (back when I was lifting a lot). Had I known how it would affect me, I never would have touched the stuff.

I'm just wondering why the OP is taking it. I think it's a good idea for people to be clear on the pluses or minuses of anything they take. Not that the stuff is unsafe or anything (there've been a lot of studies on it without any dangers being found.) But it isn't cheap and it may or may not produce any benefit.

I just started takng the Creatine supplements (They were 9.00 for 60)

I know it's supposed to help have better and longer workouts. Getting the extra reps and such! and it helps you gain and retain metabolically-active lean muscle tissue, which makes it an indirect fat burner.

And it also helps with muscle growth to a lot of people have told me. So it sounded like a pretty good option.

How come you didn't personally like it?

Been taking creatine (on & off) for @ 15 years. Gives me the energy boost I need on heavy days.

i just came off a 6 week creatine cycle (20 grams a day for the first 7 days.. then 5 grams a day)... i'm now off it for a least 3 weeks... i'm taking a liver cleansing supplement while i'm off it too

i notice a differnce with it... particularly around the end of the loading phase

and i think as far as supplements go, it's really inexpensive

I got incredibly bloated - which is a common side effect. Creatine draws water into the muscles - an effect that is magnified in women. All of a sudden, none of my clothes fit.

And I didn't notice any difference whatsoever in the quality of my workouts. I was just as exhausted and sore with it as I was without. I dumped that stuff in a hot hurry. lol

Rammo

I´d avoid cardio and jogging like the plague if my intention was to build mascle mass in as short a time as possible. Squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, pull ups, and leg presses would be sufficient with some intensity. As different a scenario as it is with Timberland having being obese, I`ve sculpted my torso into skinny adonis solely push-ups in the past.

In better news!!!

Producer Timbaland’s Wi...or Divorce

TImbaland and Monique Idlett

Music producer Timbaland’s long-suffering wife, Monique Idlett Mosley, has filed for divorce from her philandering husband. The rumors about 41-year-old Timbaland’s roving eye began swirling in 2008, before the ink was even dry on the couple’s marriage certificate.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Monique wants “permanent alimony” from Timbaland, whose real name is Timothy Zachery Mosley.

TImbaland and Monique Idlett

In her divorce papers, obtained by TMZ, Monique is asking for child support for the couple’s 5-year-old daughter, Reign (pictured above in 2010), and a 10-year-old child from a previous relationship. Monique also has a 19-year-old son from a previous relationship. She is asking for child support for both children, since Timbo once publicly claimed the child as his own.

Monique is also requesting — in addition to child support — life insurance, private school, vacations, summer camp and other expenses. She also wants Timbaland, who is worth $80 million — to pay her lawyer’s fees. Monique is reportedly so broke that she had to beg a friend for money to pay her divorce lawyer.

Monique wants a lump sum of cash, as well as something called “rehabilitative alimony.”

My longtime readers will recall I wrote a Blind Item about Timbo and a certain Atlanta socialite. The Blind Item upset Monique so much that she recruited a longtime friend of mine to call me and try to squeeze the woman’s name out of me. But your auntie didn’t give up any info.

For one thing, the socialite shared Timbo’s pillow talk under certain conditions. One of those conditions was that I not reveal her name if Monique (or one of her friends) should call me inquiring.

Monique, who was Timbaland’s publicist before they became lovers, apparently put a lot of pressure on him to be a good husband and to remain faithful to her. Unfortunately for Monique, she married a wealthy, industry man — the worst type of man to try to domesticate.

The pressure almost drove Timbaland to allegedly attempt suicide in 2010.

The socialite told me that Timbaland came to see her often when he was in Atlanta because he was depressed about his situation at home.

I don't know what Timbaland did or didn't do. Nor do I know what is the exact right thing to do, but I like watching this guy's channel.
