I agree that spending time on yourself, working out, wandering in and out of your own thoughts, is a good way to feel grounded. I think travel can be good too, if you have time. You still feel like a small soul in a big world, but you realize that everybody is the same, and that sameness is a big thing that you're connected to. I hope you feel better.  | |
