What do you do when... you feel like you aren't worth anything? You know that feeling that you don't really matter? Cuz I'd really like to know. Cuz that's how I feel. "I ordered no broth! Away with ye lest my cane find your backside!!"- Ralph Wiggum, Actor.

Yeah I'm not feeling too good but I'm trying to fight it. I'm not giving up just yet. It's hard as sh*t though. [This message was edited Fri Mar 14 4:58:13 PST 2003 by NovaAngel] "I ordered no broth! Away with ye lest my cane find your backside!!"- Ralph Wiggum, Actor.

Get this book if you get a chance: "365 Tao" by Deng Ming-Dao.
Read the passages and think... meditate if necessary. It is a great book and it will be very helpful. http://www.amazon.com/exe...s&n=507846 SUPERJOINT RITUAL - http://www.superjointritual.com

Feels like everyone has lately. So I just shut everyone out. I don't like the feeling of being hurt but it happens so much I just get numb to it. Part of me just says screw 'em. "I ordered no broth! Away with ye lest my cane find your backside!!"- Ralph Wiggum, Actor.

It's one of my favorites. I've been trying to work out in the gym and train. That helped a little because it focused on something I love. Thanks man. It's just that I'm surrounded by assh*les so that's got me extremely pissed at the moment. "I ordered no broth! Away with ye lest my cane find your backside!!"- Ralph Wiggum, Actor.

I've been down that road already. I feel as if I'd rather fight my way through the BS on my own two feet. I may get knocked down but I sure as hell ain't staying down. Even though all this crap is happening, I still believe my best weapon against all of it is my mind and heart. Wish me luck... "I ordered no broth! Some people find thinking and writing all their problems when they are upset helps
i personally wouldnt know cos i'm off the panicking variety JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

Put on some happy tunes, realise that your life is worth as much, if not more, than anyone else.
Your interactions with others may appear on the surface to be negative, try to turn 'em into something positive, if not for yourself then for others. You will soon feel better. Try making people smile, just take a stroll, smile at people, you get a smile back then your larfing (well, smiling actually, but you know what I mean). ->->->
