First thing I'd do is meet with my financial advisor - let him set me up for life, set aside funds for my immediate family, and also draw up a will. Then I'd move to Kips Bay in Manhattan and enjoy the rest of my life. My spending habits wouldn't change one bit.

First I would pay all my debts. I would hire the best financial advisor I coudl find to ensure I would live without money worries for the rest of my life. I would give my brother a chunk. I would give a few cousins some of it. I would build my dream house somewhere near a body of water, either a river, lake or ocean. I would buy a nice condo in New York to have somewhere homey to stay while living there 3 or 4 months out of the year. I would give some to charity, probably a huge donation to animal welfare. I would hire a personal assistant to accompany me while traveling and to drive me around where ever I wanted to go. If a cure existed, I would pay for vision field defect fix. I would fund some gifted, needy child's/children's desire to attend college, tuition, room and board free. If they graduate with honors, I would buy them a car.
