Im back!!!!!

Hey all,

Im back from my holiday in sunny Portugal. Had a wicked time & a well earned break from work & college. Met loads of cool people out there & a few fellow musicians including a Portugese Bass player & fellow Jaco Pastorius fan & damn could he play.

Got some funny looks requesting Prince in some of the local bars in the algarve but at least 15 of the shops I went into had a Prince track playing (mostly 'Purple Rain'). Couldnt find any of his CD's but I took almost half my collection out with me so I didnt get the withdrawal symptoms lol.

As for most musicians, I was going mental without my guitars & stuff but I bought a really nice hand carved Djembe (an African hand drum) which kept me occupied musically for a while. Look out for it on my recordings.

Its great to be home now & Ive been playing Bass all afternoon lol.

Nice to be back on the org.
