I can actually handle teenagers a lot better than I can the screaming, whining younger brats that are everywhere these days. My goodness, you can't go out to eat without having them throwing fits, running everywhere, screaming, demanding, throwing food, trantrums, etc. Parenting has seriously gone downhill over the years. When I see kids that are behaving and being good, many times I'll stop and compliment the parents on their children and their parenting. I like to say something and encourage them. You're lucky if you can go to Target and make it through there sane on a busy day. It's seriously out of control.
