Just found out that I won't be able to go to the school for single sisters. I must be a pioneer for at least 2 years before I can apply. My friend was saying that she wanted to make it a goal for her. I don't know what's holding me back. I was thinking the other day that I might be afraid of having to commit to something like that, like I can't live up the requirements and I'm afraid that I might fail or along the way people would expect more from me. Ahhhh... I don't know. I feel like the under achiever and don't see myself being in that position.

* Well, to be honest, I don't know anything about the school for single sisters. However, my gut reaction when you first told me about it (in my spirit) was that it was more of a 'religious' training exercise than it is Spirit led. So many religious training classes are. A true calling comes from God and a true anointing (or empowerment) to fulfill a calling comes from the Spirit of God. . . not a class, a pastor, training, classes, schooling, friends, family etc. So, the requirement to be "a pioneer" for 2 years etc. doesn't surprise me since it's more of a religious exercise than a true calling or anointing. Also, to be really honest, most of the people that sign up for the school prolly aren't truly called by God in the first place (to be in a ministry). It's usually a religious exercise for most. Not everyone that's in the ministry is called by God to be in the ministry. I could say more but I'll refrain for now. *
I don't want to be offensive about the school, I'm just sharing my gut feelings when you told me. If God has a calling on your life to be in the ministry, it's He who calls & He who anoints to do the job. The life, empowerment, anointing, boldness to step out & timing all come from Him. * You're not an under achiever & don't worry about the school. Rest in the Lord and allow Him to speak to your heart about His plans for your life.

I'm already an ordained minister (dedicated to do God's will - that the preaching news be preached in all the earth before the end comes) as are all who become baptised and we're all dedicated to preach. We all preach the word. Being a pioneer is someone who dedicates themselves more fully time wise, they commit to 70 hours a month and rearrange their lives so that they can live up to their commitment. The school for single sisters is for anyone who wishes to be used more fully and may sometimes be placed somewhere other than their hometown to help where there is a need. I think you and I approach ministry & God's word much differently. I'm guessing it's because of your association with the JWs but I'm not sure. I'd love to share more with you about that but I don't want to "offend or unnerve". * Goals are wonderful to set in life but when it comes to ministry, the Holy Spirit is to set the agenda (not an organization). Just know that you are not an under achiever for not being able to commit to 70 hours + to a religious organization's agenda. That is not God's agenda. That's their agenda. That's all I'll say for now. *

The preaching work is led by Jesus christ who uses the holy spirit to get it done because it is Jehovah God's will that the preaching work be done. The world wide preaching work is part of the sign that the end is near. He thus uses His organization to get it done since he is a God of organization, not a god of disorder. Think about that, creation or the physical matter in the universe all show signs of organization, not haphazzardness, so there is nothing wrong with Jehovah using an eartly organization to get his will done. In fact the preaching work is so important that the bible says that he could even make the stones cry out from the road if it came to that.

* God does not have an organization. If you're being told that, you're being misled (deceived). * Yes, God is a God or order but He does not have an organization. * Hopefully, you don't really believe that.

After Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt his father in law suggested that certain older men be appointed over the tribes and God allowed it. That was an organization.

* You don't really believe all that for real, do you? * Brainwashing.

Well if you read the bible you will notice that I used a lot of terms in my paragraph that points to some prophesies. The faithful slave or steward actually comes from a prophesy/parable that Jesus spoke about.

* Actually, nothing you said came from Scripture. It's all tidbits the JWs twisted to suit their agenda. We can agree to disagree on that. * Btw, the wilderness is an experience. . . . not a belief system or an agenda. * In a nutshell, the JWs are masters at deception & false teaching. *

In a nutshell, you only believe what YOU think is right, not what is proven and clearly seen in the bible. The wilderness experiences come from independent minds, not reflecting God's mind. [Edited 11/18/13 12:15pm]
