Record Pops

I've been putting my albums on to cdr, but they all got the record pops on them. I want to know is there any software that allows you to take the pops out when recording to cdr?

SuperC

Cool edit pro. You can sample the noise(any noise) and it removes it from the whole album. I use it all the time.

I sometimes use Soundforge XP and remove the pops manually as I have found that sometimes those programs overcompress.

This method takes forever.

That would be hell...

I have used DINR (Digidesign Intelligent Noise Reduction) in ProTools to remove pops and such, but that is still too tedious for me... I just let it ride.

don't remove the pops... that shit is the best part... whenever i convert an album to cdr, i start from the beginning... i love to put the cd in, and then hear the needle hit the album... love... that is heaven right there...

Wave restoration bundle. Best filters for noise reduction, cleaning pops, and other hisses and hums.
