A few hours ago I was walking across a parking lot...the driver came towards me and veered to left, so I walked towards the right, that's when he was just about to turn wide into a parking spot - right through where I was standing.

And all the while, I'm not thinking; "Shit, this guy is gonna hit me!" - nope - I'm thinking; "Damn! That is one beautiful car."



Seriously...it was so quiet too. I understand now why electric vehicles are a menace to the sight-impaired.

All in all...I say that if you're gonna get run over by a car...it might as well be something sleek and fancy, ...like a Tesla.

If I'm gonna get run over, Iwant it to be by either a Bentley or a Rolls Royce.

Go out in style. It'd be embarrassing to get to the gates of Heaven and explain that you got done in by a Kia.

Wish I could afford this car, I'm so done with gasoline and the powers that be having their way with me because I need it to get aorund.

I don't think folks are buying them in my neck of the woods. I haven't noticed any, maybe one or two but I'm not sure. There are a fair mix of hybrid car brands rolling around here, even those little squashed up 2 seaters I see often, even in the hood. I wonder what's up with that.

There's a Tesla "dealership" in the Roosevelt Field Mall near me. I've seen Tesla's driving around before.

They're really nice-looking. I like them better than those Fiske Karma's (seen one or two of those as well).


Although no Fiske ever tried to run me over...maybe I should say I like them better.

There is one dealership, it's not near me. But still we're not that much of a sprawling metropolis that it would only be seen in certain areas. I think folks here take a while to warm up to new things.
