talk to your doctor
personally, each morning I feel like I could eat rocks for breakfast
I also feel grateful because I manage to cheat death once again, you know some people DIE in their sleep...

You're battling depression, aren't you?
How about scheduling an early-morning workout or a run or something?
Or something "else"?

You just moved, so don't beat yourself up.
That's always unsettling and overwhelming. It takes a while to feel grounded.
Do you also have a new job?
Well, let's start with a big hug first 99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%. |

I have the exact same problem, every single day and it makes me incredibly mad, since the later I get to work, the later I must stay
Every morning my clock goes off at 5:45, but I don't get to work until almost 10 most days
. [Edited 8/20/13 19:14pm] If you will, so will I |

with a 1 year old and a 3 year old here... no... getting out of bed isn't an issue
i'm with jedi... try some excercise... it might suck the first few times, but if you work through that, you'll find it rewarding... even just going for a walk can be great
