Unchained Melody to start

how the hell do you know whether or not i can sing unchained melody?

I can sing just about ANY song.

...not saying I would do it well...and might scare away small pets & children...possibly cause your ears to bleed a little...but I can still SING 'em.

No one can sing rap songs.

All of them! I have a slow, sleepy, country bumpkin kind of voice and it does not translate well into a singing voice. But I am perfectly content to sit back and listen to others sing (if they do it well)!

When I catch myself singing along with Sade, I sound atrocious. For example, that long note at the end of "Is It A Crime" is amazing and impossible for me to sing without my voice cracking.

I can't do hardly any of Prince's screams either.

Bruno Mars' "Grenade" has notes that are really hard to reach.

"Lovin' You" from Minnie Ripperton. To sing it like her? Impossible.

"Even Flow" from Pearl Jam - Just can't understand it, let alone sing it.

I was cast in "Sunday in the Park With George" a few years ago and found it incredibly hard to get the syncopation down of the Sondheim lyrics.

HA! I tried singing in the shower one time and the neighbors called the cops on me. Said that from the sound coming from the house, they thought I was torturing cats.

Unless you're Bruno Mars or Bill Medley... I bet your ass you can't hit the falsetto..

That's if we're talking about singing the song in the right key.... that takes you 3 octave range.
