You know I think it would have been more interesting if Ben had decided to "date" Sookie. I dont much care for her but they did have chemistry.

I use to love Jason but they have pussy whipped him so hard the last couple of years hes not even fun to watch anymore. sad

oh and by the way...a deal is a deal. What kind of shit is that, telling things have changed so you can't keep your promise??? "Maybe you can meet my friends first". Yeah right, the guy waited 60.000 years and you want him to meet your lousy friends? OMG, I wished he had killed Sookie and get it over with. Take Jason instead! He's stupid and fucks good, much more fun!

Yeah...he should have killed that evil blond fanatic Sarah Newlin and stabbed Violet in the heart. THAT'S the Jason I know and love. lol

What has come to mind since watching last night...Sarah Newlin very well may get away with murder. She killed what's her name right before Eric set all the vamps free. That death very well may be mixed in with all the other carnage.

Ive got 13 more minutes to go, but this is one helluva frakkin mess. Eric is the least of the problems with this episode.

Agreed that the show only has 1 more season left in it; the central actors, particularly Skarsgaard, look as if they're going through the motions. But the "hard reset" was necessary, open questions and all.

I like the concept, simply focusing on the vamp/human angle, but only if next season is the last.

There are so many great things that could happen on the show. They departed so far from the books that there are things that could happen that were in the books and the show could go on for more than one season.

Oh Jason is going to end up good and gay. That Violet bitch is seeing to that. 180 days straight of nothing but licky licky would turn any man off the punani. lol

Yeah what is up with that? Does she have 'teeth?' confused

Don't believe Eric is really dead. Russell was burned too and lived to tell. Bill was toasted in season 2 and 'lived.' Eric is older. Eric didn't turn into a bloody goo pile. And isn't Eric in all the books right up until the end? Although they've drifted far from them hopefully not that far... neutral Maybe Pam was in a bar at night when the fairy blood left. lol

I despise Alcide's hair. mad A few seconds of screen time for Lala? mad

I was like WTF? It was cute in the first half, then he got with Sookie's ass. She should have let Warlow go ahead and turn her in to a vamp because she's already a damn man drainer! lol

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

‘True Blood’ Boss Confirms Eric’s Fate

by Chris Pursell | August 20, 2013 at 8:45 PM | True Blood

Alexander Skarsgård on "True Blood." (HBO)

Warning spoilers ahead!

After watching fan favorite Eric Northman burn in the sun during the season finale of “True Blood,” and leave his fate up in the air, series producerBrian Buckner now says that Eric will return for season 7 of the HBO series.

In an interview with TVLine, Buckner confirmed that Alexander Skarsgard, who plays Eric, is locked in for another go-around on the show.

“I can tell you that Alexander Skarsgard is going to be a part of the next season of ‘True Blood,’” Buckner said. “He will be a series regular.”

That said, don’t expect the vamp to be back to normal.

“That would be a cheat, wouldn’t it?” he said when asked if Eric would be alive and well when we see him next. “That would be an incredible cheat. Pam has gone off in search of Eric, and maybe she’s going to be the one to find him, y’know?”

As for the future of the storylines?

The show started out as, ‘Let’s see if vampires and humans can get along.’” he said. “We’re returning to that original promise of the show. And because humans and vampires are being forced together, we’re going to be examining that with all of our characters.”

I told y'all Eric was still alive!!!!

From Yahoo.com

Is HBO about to stop the flow of True Blood?

A decision about the future of the vampire drama — specifically whether Season 7 will be the show’s last — will likely be decided in the coming weeks , according to showrunner Brian Buckner.

That conversation is happening, but we don’t have an answer yet,” the EP tells TVLine. “I’m being told that I will know – which doesn’t mean that I will tell everybody. But I will know when the writers resume in the room [next month] whether or not we’re wrapping it up or not.”

At the Television Critics Assoc. summer press tour last month, HBO president Michael Lombardo said True Blood will continue as “long as there are stories to tell,” adding that, “no decisions have been made.”

True Blood‘s polarizing Season 6 finale on Sunday drew 4.1 million viewers, down from both its season opener (which drew 4.5 mil) and its Season 5 finale (5 mil).
