So forever now, my meth addled neighbor has been fucking with me (dog shit in my "yard"/front door, racist/homophobic texts, banging on the walls, going thru my garbage, tapping on my windows and banging on my door in the middle of the night, etc.). He also fancies himself to be a tech expert, and has been trying to get at my computer because he knows I have documentation of a lot of this stuff. Well, last night, after a wonderful time with some orgers , I came home to find someone had tried to "pair" their Samsung phone to my Mac. It didn't let whoever was doing it because they entered the wrong password. But I took a couple of screenshots of the info left behind, and my question is this: is it possible to pinpoint who did this with the "address" noted under Bluetooth devices?

I'm tech savvy to a point, so I don't know what type of address it is, and was wondering if any of y'all knew.

Like I said, I've been keeping a sort of paper trail on this fool, but don't have anything significant to get a harassment order put on his ass. I'm hoping this, with everything else, might do the trick.
