I saw something like this happen... well, I didn't actually see it happen, but I saw the result. Some morons decided to use a ramp to launch their boat, despite a "no trespassing" sign indicating that the ramp was private property. Unfortunately for them, their new SUV slid into the water (at high tide) as they tried to back the boat trailer into the water.
I assume the SUV was recovered at low tide, although I'm sure the interior needed a good cleaning, and the salt water couldn't have been good for the electrical system. Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |
