yesterday was a really bad day for me! the guy that tried to kill me years ago and is serving a life sentence has filed an appeal AGAIN! it stresses me out. after all these years i still have to deal with him always causing me troubles. my life will be going along just wonderful and then i'll get a letter from the prison or probation dept. telling me some new news about him that just ruins my whole day.

thank you so much, it's been hard for me the last couple of days, i haven't talked about it on my fb, but i have been really stressed with this. had to make so many phone calls to the probation dept., the prison, DA's office, etc....he does this about every 2 years, but i never get used to it, i have to relive it all over again every time. and you never know when one of these times a judge might just let him go or something? scary for me and my family!
