My brain hurts too much from overthinking.

It feels like everyone is having fun but me.

what do u like to do>...hobbies?....do something fun. do u have friends to go out with.....see afew movies,...... tennis, skating,even a mall, buy a dvd...have a movie night.

take funny pictures of each other & post on facebook or youtube.

I am going to a HUGE treet sale tommorow7am,,,its gonna be a long hot day.

All the hobbies i use to like...cant do no more.The only friends I have are from the hospital and don''t wanna see them.I dont socialise because I can''t and don''t know how to connect with people.I can''t even strike a conversation.Im manically depressed.

A date in August is the only thing that keeps me going.

I´m spending more and more weekends alone. Went to the gym this morning, didin´t talk to anyone, I never talk to anyone at the gym. What is wrong with me?

I'm very outspoken at work, but in the weekends i'm totally alone.

Sometimes I go to bed during the day so the thinking stops.

It has started happening to me too

I used to only be like that when watching a movie ALONE, now I'm totally thinking about everything else BUT the movie and I find it hard to concentrate

im starting to hate weekends as well im off on friday saturday and sunday with no man to spend my time with. i recently kicked all my so called friends 2 the curb. i bet when i finally get a life ill be working weekends lol

Are you on any meds? maybe u shud be.

I had depression & social anxiety for yrs...it got better. i think a talk with your dr may help.

anywho,,,for anxiety i was taking Celeprex....theres a ton of medication out there. its all trial & error

go volunteer at a childrens hospital .. its what i do .. trust me ull not care about the weekend blahs ..
