Bad checks, overdrawn accounts..costs. i have an item on check systems and some banks wont oen an account for me. And with the account i have, if i accidentally over draw ot by three bucks...theres a 33 dollar fee. Not everyone has the discipline or means necessary to keep an account in good standing. | |

Canadians use debit as a way to pay for purchases almost exclusively but I've never heard of pre-paid debit cards. | |
