'Bitchy resting face' is real (kind of). But there's hope
i'm pretty sure no one here suffers from bitchy resting face because i've seen the photowhore pics and we are all quite good looking. but just in case someone out there finds this funny.... here it is
apparently i have "i want to have sex with you" resting face
a female friend once told me i have the worst case of come to bed eyes she's ever seen... her boyfriend was standing next to her at the time... yay
i had no idea what she was talking about, but i've had similar comments from other women
i remember once i was talking to a girl, and mid-conversation she grinned and said "stop looking at me like that".. i said "like what?" ... she said "you know exactly what you're doing"... i honestly didn't... i thought i was just talking to her
When I was in college, I had the opposite. My face attracted people because I always looked "pleasant," as I was told. I would get approached by all kinds of strange characters, and when I complained to friends and asked "why me?" they would tell me, "Because you look "easy," meaning care free and open. On the other hand, my room mate had the "bitchy face." She was very attractive but could put on that "Don't fuck with me!" face. But again, a lot of my quandaries I attribute to my being so naive back then. By the time I reached my senior year, I learned how to put on the bitch face.
I once worked with a girl who constantly looked like she had just lost her best friend. She was an attractive woman, but lawd! Just looking at her face would just be so depressing. I remember she was the hostess for the office Christmas party. She would stand by the door and greet guests as they arrived and take tickets. When I walked in and saw her face I said, "Madalyn! My goodness! What happened?!" I mean the woman looked absolutely crestfallen. Her month was turned down, her eyes looked sad. She was frowning. She just looked pitiful. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Nothing. Why? I'm fine." I asked another coworker what was up and she said that Madalyn looked like that all the time. As I got to know her, that turned out to be so. That's just the way she looked, but damn, she could bring down a happy mood just by entering the room.

Oh my.
The shape of my mouth makes me look like I am frowning when I am not smiling. I get people telling me all the time to smile. I want to tell them to go fuck themselves.
