True Blood Season 6 ep 4

From www.true-blood.net
*
*

"Sookie confronts her attraction to Ben by inviting him to dinner; Eric counters Burrell’s brutal anti-vampire initiatives by hitting him where it hurts the most; Andy’s faerie daughters keep dangerous company; Bill gives Takahashi the task of synthesizing a new kind of blood."
*
The True Blood ladies are ticked because in chat a couple of us were saying Sookie is easy. Thoughts?

Sorry but not even the homoerotic Jason/Ben dream made me enjoy this episode. Did they get a new staff of writers cause there just isnt any snap to the dialogue this season.

Plus I have a feeling we arent going to get any Godric this season and honestly thats the only reason I stuck around last year.

Just not feeling it.

I do have a question NBJ I know you visit the TB sites what are the fans feeling bout this season? I have just lost interest or is the show just not bringing it this year?

From what I've seen much of what we say here is similar to how it is out there. Most absolutely hated the ifryt (sp?) storyline last season and really don't want to see any more aftermath from it. Lots of people are ready for Billith to die and lots of people really are bored with the Weres. So no, you're not the only one losing interest.

Yeah...
I think I'm just about over this show. sad

I don't get how Niall could be whipped so easily, but Sookie- a half-human- will be able to beat him with some lame chicken meal and a virtual crystal ball in her hands.

I've never cared much for her "I'm tough because I screw vampires" attitude, but this just takes it all. neutral

There were just too many things last night:

  • Sam vs. the weres (Alcide's chick needs to be neutered. mad)
  • Jessica/Billith and the fairy girls. lol
  • Eric vs. the Governor via the Gov's daughter. doh!
  • That Sookie crap rolleyes

Plus:

  • Jason and Warlow
  • More Terry guilt
  • Pam & Tara's dragged along through the story for really no reason

The best part of the whole show was Lafayette's lashes. batting eyes

Best scene:

That was impressive on many levels. His fingertips gripping the door frame and well, just look at him. faint

I don´t know why you all don´t like it, I love this season.

Didn´t expecty anything, because I didn´t really enjoy last 2 seasons, but they are doing now what I wished tehy would do: keeping it small. Just in that little town, not too many characters and focusing on the vampires and their need of blood.

Finally there was even a new vampire made.

They only thing boring are the werewolves, it's not going anywhere, but they don't get much screenplay, so i'll take it.

Thank you robertlove. I'm really enjoying the season to. I do feel though that the show is suffering from the reduced number of episodes this season and the large number of storylines. It really feels like it's being rushed in the very worse possible way.

I loved the Dracula look and feel of the Eric/Willa scenes. giggle

I honestly thought last night's episode was one of the best that I've seen in a loooong time. Interesting and action-filled without being overly cheesey or too over the top. Hopefully they will keep this up! smile

If you will, so will I

I thought of Dracula too when I saw the scene, it was really well done. And that stupid girl thought she was special to Eric..."now go back to your dad!" LOL

The show's really gone on too long, but I agree. Season 7 should be its last.
