I love this beer with Thai food. The only time I really ever drink beer.

I don't know why, but Asian food just seems to scream for beer. lol

The first time I tried Asahi beer was in an asian-fusion restaurant over a bowl of noodles with prawns(?). The combination was magical.

Have you ever tried, Zen Tou? That's also a great Asian beer.

WHAT is your favorite beer? Innis & Gunn Original, a great oak-aged Scottish ale, though its richness can be a bit cloying after the first bottle. I'd also put seasonals like Great Lakes Brewing Co.'s Christmas Ale and Nosferatu red ale among my Top 5 or so.

What beer(s) do you drink the MOST? Innis & Gunn Rum Finish (only because I&G Original is so often sold out where I am)

Bottles or cans? Draft, or from cans but decanted into a glass

What beer(s) do you dislike? hmmm Not a fan of most lites. Also not big into overly sweet or obviously fruity beers.

Have you ever had a non-alcoholic brew? I've had O'Douls, which tastes like shoe polish, IMHO, and Beck's, which is tolerable, if not something to write home about.

falloff x1,000 @ "shower beer"

lol

I've never had Tsingtao.

Asahi in a can is good, but in a bottle I couldn't drink it.
shrug Weird.

Laugh if you will, but a shower beer is a slice of heaven. Ice cold beer...warm shower... faint

I've never done a shower beer, but hot bath beers are definitely a standard. There's nothing better. cloud9

Currently drinking a nice cold pint of Hinano, The beer of Tahiti. It's a nice drop and complements a plate of Poisson Cru (raw marinated fish) perfectly.
If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it!

I´m not really a beer afficionado and rarely drink any but when I do, I usually drink these:

[img:$uid]http://desktop.freewallpaper4.me/view/original/2507/becks-gold.jpg[/img:$uid]

I don´t like the stronger tasting regular Beck´s that comes in a green bottle but this mild version tastes ok. I like mild beers and Beck´s Gold is very mild and enjoyable in the summertime.

When I´m in Turkey, this one is my favorite. Efes Pilsen ! Too bad that the version they make in Germany does not taste like the version they make in Turkey. The German-Turkish version of Efes comes in a green and long bottle whereas the Turkish version (brewed and sold in Turkey) comes in a brown bottle.

[img:$uid]http://www.sechaber.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Tatilde_Efes_Pilsen.jpg[/img:$uid]

I rarely drink Kölsch because it´s a bit hard to find outside of Köln (Cologne) but I like it´s mild taste, so when I´m in Köln, I enjoy a good Kölsch beer. But only in the summertime. wink

[img:$uid]http://www.party-service-schmitz.de/images/getraenke/koelsch-vom-fass.jpg[/img:$uid]

I can´t stand beer from a can and prefer to decant it into a glass. I don´t drink non-alcoholic beer (what´s the point?) but there are some decent tasting non-alcoholic beers out there ...but I don´t drink them.

I´m a bit skeptical when it comes to beer. I drink it on rare occasions and mostly in the summertime. But I´ve heard stories about beer wreaking havoc on a man´s hormonal balance (estrogen/testosteron), and it contains a lot of empty calories, so I´m careful. And I can´t stand the smell of it when someone has beer breath, so I don´t want to smell like that.

I prefer original Cuban rum (Havana Club).

" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

I love any of the Mexican beers...Corona, Pacifico, Sol, Dos Equis, Tecate...all with a lime and all VERY, VERY cold. I will even drink those American beers with lime...BL Lime (Bud Light), Miller Chill.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Any minute now, someone will chide your for posting an "in the shower" photowhore pic that is NOT in keeping with the traditions of the org...

THAT being said, I have never seen that beer before.

Is it local?

I've never really tried a beer I didnt like or at least found drinkable...high end, low end, somewhere inbetween...light, dark...ale, lager...if it's beer, it's fine by me...

favorites include Shock Top, Blue Moon, PBR...those are the ones I drink the most of too...they're my go to's...but if I'm at a bar or brewery, I'll drink anything

prefer draft to a bottle, prefer a bottle over a can but will slam a can in a heartbeat

Genesia is absolutely right...a beer in the shower is a bit of heaven, truly one of lifes simplest but greatest pleasures

non-alcoholic brew? I guess theres a market for it but I'll never be that target demographic

it's a shame that Miller beer isnt available anymore...not Miller High Life, not MGD, not Miller Lite...plain Miller (red label)...I thought I drank enough of those personally to keep the brand afloat...I guess not, it was only produced about 3 years sad

imo, it's hard to go wrong with most beer...a half-assed beer is kinda like half-assed sex...better than none at all

How is it you feel?

I'd be interested in seeing your review. Not everyone is a fan of the oakiness.
