Keeping Nippy's spirit alive I know it's not funny, but I laughed at the note cause all I could hear was that Wendy Williams interview voice. I felt bad for Whitney, but Wendy got owned and I was in hysterics the whole time

Did Bobbi Kristina Brown just get evicted from her Alpharetta, Ga., home?

Despite reports that Whitney Houston's daughter and her boyfriend Nick Gordonwere recently kicked out of their apartment building due to noise complaints, E! News has learned the eviction rumors are false.

A rep for Bobbi Kristina tells us she was not evicted from her home, she simply opted to move because of the complaints.

"Bobbi felt that the neighbors were always in her business and looking to get some sort of media attention," a source also teels E! News of the situation. "Krissy lives on the 2nd floor and as with anyone who lives in a first floor apartment you should expect to hear some noise above you. But apparently these people have been nuts for a long time. So shedecided to move out. She was not evicted."

The 20-year-old's rep also refuted reports that Bobbi Kristina left her former neighbors a nasty note for getting her kicked out. The note was in fact written by friends of Bobbi Kristina, the rep claims.

According to a police report filed on the incident, the note that was left for one neighbor read, "Thanks. You are s--t at the bottom of our shoe. Thank you for making a hard year harder. You are a miserable couple, and always will be. You were honored to have us living above you and you couldn't stand such a young beautiful couple being far more successful than you ever will be. I pray your misery doesn't rub off on your innocent little baby."

There is no investigation going on currently. The police report was just for documentation purposes.

Cissy was on "the View" towards the end of 2012 and I think she's controlling how much Funds Bobbi kris is getting. At one point she was suppose to be living in Whitney's Atlanta Mansion, but then it was reported that she was moving out because it was too much house or something...I think people think Bobbi has easy access to Millions but she doesn't...She'll BLOW every dime if she had her hands on that kind of money...She's got some growing up to do...She's still a young Lady slowly realizing she's phasing into Adulthood...I agree with the Family that she's not ready for any Big lump sum of money..

When I lived in an apartment, a young woman moved into the apartment right above me. It was an older, Art Deco type of building with hardwood parquet floors and real plaster walls. This airhead had a little boy about 4-5 years old who would constantly run up and down, bounce a ball, scream and holler at the top of his lungs. I finally got fed up and went upstairs and told her the noise was unacceptable. She hollered at him, "Tony! Did you throw a ball? Did you run around and scream?" Of course the child denied it, and the fool mother looked me dead in the face and said, "He said he didn't do it!" I looked at her incredulously and said, "Are you serious?! You had to have heard it. You've been here the whole time!" She then got pissed and said, "Well, Imma have to move cause I ain't used to all this quiet mess!" I said, "Thank you. That would be best for all concerned." I was like you Stupid moved out the next month thank God. She lasted one month.

I loved that apartment. It was a quiet building wiht mostly old, while ladies who would look out for you. My buidling had only 6 units, two on each floor. I lived there for 15 years until I bought my house. I still have dreams about that place.

Sounds peaceful. You were probably the noisy one after she moved out.

Aparently they also abandoned a small Yorkie when they left the apartment .Animal Control eventually picked up the poor creature.

Which implies Whitney had everything in a trust with her mother as trustee. If there were a will giving Bobbi whatever, no one in the family could step in and control that.
